Called “the finest living Texas writer” by the Texas Observer, Sarah Bird is a bestselling novelist, screenwriter, and journalist. A Texas Writers Hall of Fame honoree, she has written for major outlets including The New York Times and Texas Monthly. Her most recent book, Juneteenth Rodeo, earned a Communications Arts Award and was named one of Smithsonian Magazine’s most important books of the year. 

This quarterly gathering is engaging, spirited, social, and free.
