Watch our celebrity chefs live in action as they prepare a recipe from their storied repertoire. Q&A with the chef follows each 45-minute demonstration.

Wine, Dine & Jazz Stroll | 2:00-5:00 pm
Saturday features a curated selection of restaurants and chefs offering the best bites off their menu. Their delicious dishes are complemented by wine tastings from the best winemakers in the Texas Hill Country Wine region.

Enjoy live jazz on the lawn while you taste your way through Texas. Performances by nationally renowned musicians: Grammy-Award winning Keyboardist Gregg Karukas, Vocalist Monte Seward, Trumpeter Ilya Serov, and BPM super group with Brian Bromberg, Paul Brown & Michael Paulo.

During the season of generosity and in the wake of the devastating floods in Kerr and Kendall Counties, we invite you to bring new art supplies* to support the Children’s Bereavement Center of South Texas, an organization that has been very responsive to families in the healing process after the flooding in the Hill Country. Donations will help children find creativity and joy during a season that can be difficult.

As holiday hosting and pairing tips are shared, guests will enjoy tastings of four wines paired with small bites from local favorite High’s Café. Meet representatives from the four wineries and take part in engaging conversations about their focuses on innovation, sustainability and ageability of world-class Texas wines.
