2024 D’Elissagaray Ardo Zuria, California
Ardo Zuria translates to “white wine” in Basque. This wine is inspired by the Basque white wine, Txakaolina. A lively palate and crisp acidity makes this wine a great starter which is how it is traditionally served, with appetizers or pintxos, Basque tapas.
