Bright garnet color leads to aromas of cedar and cola over cranberry and rhubarb fruit. Firms tannins are spiked with spicy peppercorn, tobacco smoke, and tart black currant reminiscent of young Bordeaux.
Texas Tannat® combines grapes from growers in both Texas Hill Country and Texas High Plains appellations.
Half-ton, open-top, fermentation bins, punched down twice daily.
