Ursa Winemakers Dinner

Join Ursa Winemakers Greg Stokes and Deborah Elissagaray for a special wine dinner prepared by High’s Cafe. The dinner will be held at The Ingenhuett on High event space.

This event will feature wine and food pairing stations so guests can move around the space throughout the evening. There is table seating indoors. The Ingenhuett has both indoor and outdoor areas for guests to mix and mingle.

Station 1
Hummus garnished with olive oil, parsley, marinated olives, and cherub tomatoes, served in individual boats with pita crisps
Paired with 2020 Tannat Rosé, Silvaspoons Vineyards

Station 2
Greek salad with romaine lettuce, cucumber, onion, sweet peppers, feta, tomatoes, pepperoncini, olives, and parsley with lemon-oregano vinaigrette
Paired with 2018 Mencía, Silvaspoons Vineyards

Station 3
Oven roasted beef and pork meatballs over pan fried polenta cake with marinara sauce, garnished with shaved pecorino Romano cheese and fresh basil
Paired with 2018 Tannat, Ferrel Ranch

Station 4
Intensely chocolate walnut brownie
Paired with 2015 Souzão Port-style, Sierra Foothills
