Come on out for an evening celebrating Texas Wine! Enjoy a curated 5-course dinner with wine pairings from four of the top wineries in Texas - Bending Branch Winery, Duchman Family Winery, Pedernales Cellars, and Spicewood Vineyards.
Texas Fine Wine is a collective of four visionary wineries dedicated to not only making outstanding wines and authentic connections, but also leading the evolution of Texas wine through sustainability, innovation, craftsmanship and the pursuit of wines that will stand the test of time.
Duchman Chef Antonio Ruiz has created this special menu to pair with our wines:
1st course – Parmesan panna cotta, black pepper crisp, balsamic compressed cucumber, heirloom tomato, strawberry jam

2nd course – Duck confit croquette, confit shallot, nduja pomegranate emulsion, fennel watercress salad
Paired with Pedernales Cellars 2022 Graciano
3rd course – Porchetta, Diver Scallop, brown butter sweet potato, Italian salsa verde
Paired with Bending Branch Winery 2023 Pinot Noir, Texas High Plains
4th course – Herb-crusted Lamb, potato duchess, buttermilk fall pea puree, shallot red wine reduction
Paired with Duchman Family Winery 2019 Aglianico
Dessert – Summer berry sorbet, Pavlova, lemon curd, mint, white chocolate
