Join the Bending Branch team on Zoom from 4 to 5 p.m. CDT Friday, July 10th, for Virtual Happy Hour: Tempted by Tempranillo. This week we are drinking our new release 2017 Tempranillo!

The Newsom family farms grapes for Bending Branch Winery on their land near Plains, Texas. Their fruit is consistently among the very best in Texas. The 2017 Tempranillo is medium-bodied with firm tannins, refreshing acidity, and rich aromas. Look for heady top-notes of dusty mint, black cherry, and soft oregano, leading to a burst of dark red plum, cassis, and a sense of Texas High Plains red dirt.

If you don't have this wine, just open whatever you've got. After all, this is about being with our friends at this time of social distancing.
