Our final poetry reading of 2019 will feature writers from the new Hill Country Anthology Through Layered Limestone published by the Friends of the Boerne Public Library. These books make beautiful holiday gifts for local history buffs.

Through Layered Limestone: A Texas Hill Country Anthology of Place features poetry, prose, and photography that sets readers firmly in the allure and beauty of the Texas Hill Country. Through history, mainly centered on Kendall County and descriptive narratives, the goal was to bring to life the fullness of living here.

All proceeds from the sale of this book benefit the Dietert Historical Archives at the Patrick Heath Public Library in Boerne.
